It's quite far from the main road and the way coming is a bit of a mystery. You should drive following GPS. I booked the tropical one and the hot spring in my room doesn't work, also the water is spoiled. The staff tried her best to fix but it didn't go well though. The food here is good but very costly! Work for couples or family with children. Has many activities but I didn't. It's just ok. I thought it would be my last time to come gere because of the problem solving of staff.

Bad experience for room. Water is very slow. You will not be able to turn light off at night. This is first time experience in my life. Hotel staff can not resolve issue and just turn light breaker off which means that you will stay in the dark for whole night. You can not turn on bedside or toilet light at all. Such a very bad experience comparing to review this hotel received. Design of control system is lacking of manual control. Terrible design.

Arriving late (at 4.00am) the lady at the reception was very helpful and professional. We checked in fast and we filled up a questionnaire for the breakfast (what we want and when). We filled a questionnaire at the checkin for the breakfast. We mentioned we wanted the breakfast at 11.00am (because we arrived late) and served in the room. Then they call us at 07.15am to check what we want and when we want it while they confirm they do already have the questionnaire and it was written the same thing and we wanted it at 11.00am. Then they bring the breakfast at 10.00am and not 11.00am… one hour later! It forced to wake earlier than planned… And this was already very unprofessional. Then when we woke up my wife decided to go to the SPA. And at 12.00pm they called us for the first time to check out. I explained them my wife was at the spa but they continue to ask to check out at 12.00 while the hotel was not fully booked at all! They called me again two times to ask to check out: 12.15 and then slightly later. I explained again that my wife was at the spa and as soon as she was done we will be leaving… indeed my cases were already ready to leave. I really found this attitude as extremely poor and not professional at all. First calling customers at 07.00am to ask them to confirm the same thing we filled in a form few hours before. Second to call us exactly at 12.00pm to push us to check out while the hotel is by far not full and while my wife is spending more money in the hotel… Honestly for the price (5 stars hotel), the location and the service it is a poor 3 stars hotel! It is one of my worst experience in Thailand. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

We chose to have dinner here because of the good review. We ended up with one of the worst experiences in Thai food restaurants. The service is very slow. The quality of food is terrible. Some dishes are ok but definitely below average overall. On the other hand, the accommodation meets the standard. In Summary, if you want to come, go eat outside or bring your own food.
